Siri Akal Kaur (Maggie Creed)
Siri Akal Kaur discovered Kundalini Yoga in 2011 when she was living in Paris. Since then, through her personal practice she has come to realise and experience some of the many benefits Kundalini Yoga has on the mind, the body and the spirit. In 2013, she became a certified Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Instructor and she is currently doing the Level 2 Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in France. Siri Akal Kaur is also a Level 1 certified Sat Nam Rasayan healing practitioner. She is delighted to have the opportunity to teach and share this wonderful, transformative technology with others. Each Kundalini Yoga class is unique but always incorporates physical yoga, breath work, meditation and chanting. From one week to the next a class can vary from being very physical to deeply meditative. Whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced practitioner of yoga, you will be able to enjoy Siri Akal’s physically challenging yet deeply healing yoga classes.
