After years of running and gym work, a string of injuries and constant aches lead Emma to try yoga. After just one hot yoga class, she was hooked! Within a month, Emma was practising 3-4 times a week, taking her yoga commitments to the next level by completing her 200 hour yoga teacher training qualification in 2015. Emma specialises in Vinyasa yoga where the breath is used to link postures together to create free flowing movement to strengthen the body and relax the mind. Vinyasa flow can be an athletic form of yoga where you can expect to sweat as you expel toxins out of the body.
Emma is passionate about getting everyone to practise some form of yoga so her classes will always offer varying degrees of difficultly to ensure yoga remains accessible to all. Expect to have fun, be challenged, and leave class feeling refreshed and energised. The goal for every class is to create a safe and friendly environment where students can let go of their worries and stresses and leave feeling better about themselves.
